Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Turn around time varies depending on the product type you are ordering.
Loose prints: 24hour turn around, all order placed before 2pm on a working day are shipped the same day with overnight courier.
Mounted prints: 24hour turn around, all order placed before 2pm on a working day are shipped the same day with overnight courier.
Canvas: 10-12 working days
Frames: 3-5 working days
Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 



Shipping Methods:
Overnight delivery: Delivered within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship to all regions within New Zealand, including rural and remote areas.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Delays:
We strive to meet all delivery deadlines; however, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. We are not responsible for such delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
